Parties & Playdates

At Kaleidoscope Arts Foundation, we offer hands-on, art-filled parties that spark imagination, curiosity, and joy. Perfect for ages 2–12, each party invites children to dive into exciting materials, explore real art-making processes, and create something all their own. With inspiring themes, vibrant spaces, and plenty of room to play and create, Kaleidoscope birthday parties are where meaningful memories and masterpieces are made.

To get started, fill out our simple Party & Playdate Request Form. Once we confirm your preferred date and party details, we’ll guide you through the next steps to bring your child’s creative celebration to life.

Fridays: 2:00–4:00 or 4:00–6:00
Saturdays & Sundays:
10:30am–12:30pm or 2:00–4:00pm

Pricing

$525 base price for up to 10 children
$25 for each additional child. We accept up to 12 children per party.
Full payment is required to secure your booking
An additional $50 charge applies for access to the garden facilities.

Creative Party Themes

Where Creativity Takes the Spotlight

All of our themes are rooted in process-based, exploratory art — meaning kids get to follow their curiosity, explore exciting materials, and create in ways that are open-ended and full of possibility.

Art Play Lab

For our youngest artists, this party is packed with sensory-rich, open-ended stations that encourage exploration and play. Think paint, squish, splash, stamp, sprinkle, build, and more!

Magic Mixtures

Where art meets a bit of science and a whole lot of sparkle. Children experiment with textures, colours, and materials to create magical potions using fresh, fragrant, and fun ingredients.

Perfect for ages 4–9

Cardboard Creations

A dream party for inventors, tinkerers, and builders. Using recycled materials, cardboard, tape, and imagination, kids bring big ideas to life — from robots to rocket ships, dinosaurs to dream houses.

Plaudough Creatures

Kids sculpt, squish, and shape their own 3D characters using soft, colourful playdough created by them! From wild animals to fantasy friends, these tiny sculptures are full of personality.

Wire & Wood Wonders

Children explore the art of sculpture using wire, wood, beads, and a mix of unexpected treasures. They twist, bend, and balance their way into creating imaginative 3D forms.

Studio Artist Experience

For the young artist, at this fine art-inspired party, guests will explore drawing, painting, fibers, using high-quality materials such as acrylics, watercolours, charcoal, oil pastels, felt, yarn, or ink.

Projects can be tailored to your child’s interests
Each child takes home a finished artwork
Perfect for ages 10–12

A Few Notes for Guests:

Dress for mess! We recommend comfy clothes that can handle paint, glue, and glitter.
For younger guests, bring a change of clothes — just in case!
You’re welcome to bring your own nut-free cake and snacks — we’ll help you set up.
You're welcome into the space 20 minutes before the party is due to start for additional decorations and snacks.
Party-goers and Play date persons are allowed to use our garden facilities; however, all toys must be packed away at the end.
No one is allowed in the garden space after the event concludes.
